Our company was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the manufacturing plant SEZ Holding a.s. with the aim of providing commercial and service activities in the Czech Republic.

At the same time, part of the HV production program was also moved to the new company's headquarters in Syrovátka near Hradec Králové. In particular, line section disconnectors for the energy sector. 

Developments in the field of electrical engineering led to the discontinuation of part of the product range and thus to the transfer of HV production back to the parent plant. In 2011, the company was acquired, marking the beginning of a period of consolidation of our supplies of electrical engineering materials – disconnectors, switches, control cabinets, and steel structures.

Today, we focus on comprehensive supplies of electrical engineering materials. In addition to traditional disconnectors and switches up to 38.5 kV from SEZ Holding, we have added a wide range of other products, including:
